Summer Intensive Lecture #2: Dr. Diego Vasques from University of Tokyo

Dr. Diego Vasques from the University of Tokyo gave a summer intensive lecture, "Introduction to Plants Systematics and Taxonomy" on August 18th and 19th. The lecture was held with a hybrid style that those who could not come to the university because of the COVID-19 situation participated online. Both the students, offline and online, joined the lecture actively, and they visited Makino Herbarium which is in TMU on the second day of the lecture. There, they had a very special experience that they could observe a lot of specimens they learned about in the lecture on the day before and valuable samples they cannot usually reach.
